Minimum Order Whilst there is no minimum order, please ensure that you order sufficient invitations, allowing for mistakes when writing them out, extra guests and keepsakes. Also, please bear in mind that fom time to time products are discontinued, so a follow-up order may not be successful.
The Products All our wedding stationery is hand-made. Therefore, there may be some variation in the finished goods and no liability can be accepted for any variation.
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
There is a list of different fonts to choose from within the stationery product pages. However, if there is a specific font that you require, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All goods are offered subject to availability.
Your Order In the event of cancellation, the customer may be liable for the full costs of the goods if production has either partly or fully began.
Variation of Price Should we decide to increase our prices, all orders received prior to the date of the price increase will be honoured at the pre-increase price, upon which your order was placed. Also, should we decide to decrease our prices, all orders recevied prior to the date of the price decrease will have to processed at the pre-decrease price.
Prices are effective until further notice.
Payment and Security of your Payment Payment is required at the same time an order is placed.
You may pay by debit or credit card. If, however, you do not wish to pay through a web-based system, you can pay by Cheque, Postal Order or Electronic Transfer.

Confidentiality All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
You do not have to worry about the safety of your credit card information when shopping at White Wedding Bliss. You can rest assured that your online shopping experience at White Wedding Bliss will be a secure one. White Wedding Bliss uses encryption technology to ensure that any information you transmit during the ordering process is secure. We reserve the right to decline or accept an order at our absolute discretion.
Signed Proof A proof of your order (applies to wedding stationery only) will be sent to you for your approval and signature. Once this has been signed and returned to us, your order will be processed.
Delivery Delivery timescales are given as a guideline unless specifically agreed by both the customer and White Wedding Bliss.
Please Note: A signature is required with most deliveries. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address (or that after an attempted delivery, which will be advised by the carrier leaving a card, that they promptly contact our carriers to arrange for a convenient re-delivery or collection from their local depot). In the unlikely event that a parcel has to be returned to us because delivery was not possible and the parcel has not been claimed by the intended recipient, the customer is liable for the additional cost involved, charged at £6.00 per return to us. Small ‘sample’ orders will be sent by first class post and hence will not require a signature.
International Orders - We delivery to anywhere in the world by UPS and you will be charged the exact cost, but this charge can only be calculated once your order is packaged and delivered, so a separate charge will need to be taken at a later date, and this will be communicated to you beforehand.
We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct delivery details. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address you specify in your order. Also, we cannot accept responsibility if goods are lost due to you not being able to sign for parcels when they are delivered.
We are reliant on our Overseas suppliers for some of our materials. Therefore, if we are unable to meet our delivery timescales, we will communicate this to you. At this time, you may request a refund or order an alternative product. For both wedding stationery and wedding favour orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for bulk orders, 7-10 days for small orders of wedding stationery and 7-14 days for small favour orders.
Risk and Ownership Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery.
Liability White Wedding Bliss shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, failure or delay in the delivery due to any event or circumstances, whether due to natural causes, human action or otherwise beyond the control of White Wedding Bliss or its suppliers or the suppliers of raw material.
We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction which may occur with our products.
We cannot be held responsible for any accidents which may occur during use of candles supplied.
This agreement is governed by English Law and the resolution of any disputes shall be in the courts of England and Wales.
Cancellation and Returns Policy If anything you purchase from White Wedding Bliss arrives damaged, please either telephone us or send an e-mail within 10 days and we will replace the broken items as soon as possible. Beyond this period, we are no longer liable.
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund or replacement goods. For obvious reasons, this does not apply to personalised stationery and personalised favours. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods indicating the reason for your return. Please wrap the package securely. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Return postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition, or sent in error. This does not apply to personalised printed items, ie. wedding stationery that will have been approved by the customer before printing took place and also wedding favours that have been personalised.
Complaint Handling Procedure Complaints will be dealt with speedily, fairly, and effectively and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to all complaints within 2 working days and to notify the customer as to the likely timescale and progress of the solution. Our complaints procedure will be regularly reviewed to make sure it meets with all relevant codes of practice.
Consumer Rights None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Customer Satisfaction We want you to be totally satisfied with the products you buy from us, and their safe delivery. Customers should satisfy themselves that the quality, quantity, condition and suitability of these products meet their requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to check each item of their order and any faults should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Beyond this period, we are no longer liable.
